In Sierra Leone, the day to day running of the schools is coordinated by the leadership team [top left].

The staff team consists of a committed team of Sierra Leonean teachers [lower right] and approximately 1700 students [some pictured above, filing into the Freetown school in the morning].

EducAid is supported by a small group of governors who assist and protect in times of trouble.

There are also a growing number of tertiary EducAidians who assist in supervising evening study, mentor and counsel their younger colleagues and act as positive role models.

EducAid has become family to many youngsters whose own families have been lost, scattered through the war or broken down.  High levels of loyalty and desire to help others are the norm.
